We charge a management fee of 20% plus VAT which includes: 

• Comprehensive management of your property portfolio across all major accommodation and short-term rental platforms.
• Assisting guests with check-ins.
• Supplying and restocking essentials (tea, coffee, soap, shampoo, conditioners, etc).
• Guest support.
• Professional photography of the property.
• Monthly statements, and access to your booking calendar. 
• Medium to long-term stays during Winter to sustain income. 
• The marketing of your property through our website, social channels, and other publisher sites.

• Cleaning of the property after every checkout is charged to guests by the various booking platforms and claimed by Hosted.
• Linen and Towels: We provide laundered linen and towels at a rate of R700 + VAT per bedroom per month, which is deducted from the monthly rental income. 
• Maintenance and repairs: We charge a R750 + VAT call-out fee plus a management fee on all parts, maintenance, and repairs. Note that repairs and maintenance under R2500 are deducted from the monthly rental income. 
• R2999 + VAT onboarding fee which is recouped from the first month’s rental.
