Hosted Agent Referral Fees 2023

Please note: All referrals are subject to a client signing an unabridged, un-amended contract with Hosted Property Management and will be paid out after the end of the 1st (first) calendar month of management on the final day of that given month.

Property is valued at approximately (Rounded off):

R1 000 000 = R2 000

R1 500 000 = R2 500

R2 000 000 = R3 000

R2 500 000 = R3 500

R3 000 000 = R4 000

R3 500 000 = R4 500

R4 000 000 = R5 000

R4 500 000 = R5 500

R 5 000 000 = R6 000

And so forth to a maximum of R10 million, eg

R10 000 000 = R11 000

Over R10 million, we offer an annuity referral fee that is 17.5% of the commission income we earn.
